Your access to and use of the Website, services, products, platform, and software (collectively, “Services”) provided by Lost Lake Ministries is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the provisions of our Privacy Policy. cover your use and access to the website, LLC. The Website contains an e-commerce site. The purpose of the Website is to tell stories—stories that introduce newcomers to the familiar characters and plots from the Bible and the God who loves them—stories of people from our times who make Bible stories new and fresh to those who have heard them for years—stories that help people discover a foundation of perseverance, encouragement, hope, and joy from which this “greatest story ever told” can radiate through their lives.  In support of that mission, the website sells the stories and story collections as well as related products.  Stories collections are available in CD format and individual stories are sold in a downloadable electronic format. The website also sells or may sell books, t-shirts, buttons, mugs, or other products related to the stories available on the Website or related to its mission.

Lost Lake Ministries has a Privacy Policy available here. Your use of the Website is subject to the Lost Lake Ministries Privacy Policy, which also governs the Website and informs you of our data collection practices.  Please read it carefully, and keep a copy for your reference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds for defective products must be made within 30 days of purchase.  There are no refunds for electronic downloads. Refunds for CDs are made only for defective products.  To obtain a return merchandise authorization for articles of clothing or other products, please email us at marion@lostlakeministries.com.

You agree to use any provided Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.

At this time, Lost Lake Ministries does not allow the creation of accounts or the connection of a Lost Lake Ministries account to third party accounts.  Lost Lake Ministries may permit this in the future and is not obligated to provide notice that is has begun permitting the creation and/or connection of accounts. Should Lost Lake Ministries permit the creation of Lost Lake Ministries accounts and the connection of such accounts to third party accounts, by connecting your Lost Lake Ministries account to your third party account, you will acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites.  If you do not want information about you to be shared in this way, do not use this feature, should it become available.

This Website and its Services are operated, controlled, and administered by Lost Lake Ministries, LLC from our offices in Snohomish, Washington, the United States of America. Accessing the Website or its Services from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.  You agree that you will not use the Lost Lake Ministries content accessed through the Website in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions.
